If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide PalPULAR's copyright agent the written information specified below:


* A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed;

* A description of all of the copyrighted works that you claim has been infringed upon;

* A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the PalPULAR website, including, a URL of the specific location of the infringing material;

* Information sufficient to allow us to contact you including, at a minimum, your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;

* A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

* A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter Notification



Please note that videos are only embedded in this website. You will need to contact the hosting website to make your embedded video available again in the Internet. If your video is only not available in this website you may file a counter-notice to us.


Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability. Please also be advised that we enforce a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of PalPULAR members who are repeat infringers. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether certain material infringes the copyrights of others, we suggest that you first contact an attorney.


If the content provider, member or user believes that the content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or the content provider, member or user believes that it has the right to post and use such content from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, the content provider, member or user may send a counter-notice containing the following information below:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the content provider, member or user;

2. Specific URLs of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the content provider, member or user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled; and

4. Content provider's, member's or user's name, address, telephone number, and, if available, e-mail address and a statement that such person or entity consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the content provider's, member's or user's address is located, or if the Content provider's, member's or user's address is located outside the United States, for Los Angeles County, California, and that such person or entity will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.


If a counter-notice is received by the Designated Agent, PalPULAR may send a copy of the counter-notice, along with your personal information, to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the disabled or removed content may be replaced, or restored access to it, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at PalPULAR's sole discretion.
