The prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and all costs associated with the dispute arbitration, including attorney fees, collection fees, investigation fees, travel expenses.

You agree that selecting and submitting "accept" on the electronic copy of the information or otherwise submitting content through the website or documents to PalPULAR the same shall constitute an electronic signature as defined by California's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
